What is the Berg Balance Test?
The Berg Balance Test (BBS) is a clinical assessment tool used to measure balance and fall risk in adults. Each task is scored from 0 (cannot perform) to 4 (normal performance), with a maximum total score of 56. Scores below 45 indicate increased fall risk.
